What's in the plan?
Where your programme stands, a map of your teams with the work worth redesigning in each, and waves of sessions, interviews, workflows and announcements with real dates. The full plan adds the champions to recruit, what to measure, a brief to send your sponsor and the risks to watch.
Is it only for programmes that are just starting?
No. Tell it where your programme is now: getting started, some teams already using AI, or scaling across the company. The plan leads with what that stage needs, and you can write a new one whenever a new team, tool or business unit comes in.
What should I paste into the teams box?
Whatever you have. One team per line with a rough head count works well ("Finance, 40"). An org chart pasted as text or an AI job advert you've written works too: the plan picks the teams out of it.
Can I run the plan in Enablement Lead?
Yes. Put it in a free workspace and each wave's sessions, interview guides, workflows, scorecard and usage policy are made for you, with progress against the plan as you go.
Is what I type kept private?
It goes to an AI model through OpenRouter, routed only to providers that don't store prompts or train on them, and is saved here so you can come back to the plan. Leave out anything confidential.
