A trade publication for a job that didn't exist two years ago

Companies are hiring and promoting people into a new role: the person responsible for getting everyone else productive with AI. Titles vary (AI enablement lead, head of AI adoption, AI programme manager, "you're good with ChatGPT, can you help the team?"), but the job is the same, and nobody has a playbook for it.

Enablement Lead exists to write that playbook in public: a free weekly newsletter, practical guides for each stage of the role, a paid Role Book for people who want the full 90-day system, and Skill Studio, a tool for turning your best people's know-how into AI skills the whole company can use.

Who runs it

Enablement Lead is a product of MakeHelm LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17433308).
