What we collect and why

Analytics

We use first-party analytics hosted on our own servers. We don't set tracking cookies, we mask IP addresses before storing them, and we don't share analytics with advertisers.

Who we share data with

• Stripe, for payments
• Our email providers, for transactional email and the newsletter
• OpenRouter and the AI model provider it routes each request to (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or Google), to process Skill Studio transcripts and draft content. We only allow providers that don't retain or train on the data.
• Our hosting providers, to run the service

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are protected by adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted or anonymised within 90 days (we keep a suppression record so we don't email you again). Account data is kept while your account is open. Purchase records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time (every email has a one-click unsubscribe). Email hello@enablementlead.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
