Terms of service
Last updated October 07, 2026
1. Who we are
Enablement Lead (enablementlead.com) is operated by MakeHelm LTD, a company registered in England & Wales with company number 17433308 ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@enablementlead.com.
2. Accounts and organisations
You need an account to buy products or use Skill Studio. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. An organisation's owners and admins control who has access to it and its purchases, and may remove members at any time.
3. The newsletter and free content
The newsletter and free playbooks are provided as-is for general information. They are not legal, HR, security or procurement advice. Check your own company's policies before acting on them.
4. Paid products
Role Book is a one-off purchase that gives the purchasing organisation ongoing access to the Role Book content, including updates, for as long as we operate the service. Skill Studio is a subscription that renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout, including any VAT that applies.
5. Refunds and your right to cancel
If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. By accessing digital content straight after purchase you agree that it is supplied immediately and acknowledge that this ends the cancellation right for that content. Even so, if the Role Book isn't useful to you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. Subscription payments already made for a current period aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.
6. Licence to our content
Paid content is licensed to the purchasing organisation for internal use. You may adapt templates and plans for use inside your organisation. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the content outside your organisation.
7. Your content in Skill Studio
You keep all rights to transcripts, notes and skills you create ("Your Content"). You give us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the service, including sending it through our AI sub-processor (OpenRouter) to an AI model provider to generate drafts. We don't use Your Content to train AI models, and we only route it to providers that don't retain or train on it. You're responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including the consent of anyone interviewed.
AI-generated drafts can be wrong. Review every skill before relying on it; the approval step exists for exactly that reason.
8. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping, and no uploading of personal data you aren't entitled to process.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, business or data.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes by email. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or EU, you also keep the protection of your local mandatory law.
