What does the converter do?
It restructures a GPT's or Gem's instructions into a skill: purpose, inputs, workflow steps, rules, output, guardrails and a place for examples, with front matter in the SKILL.md format ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Copilot skills share. It keeps the author's rules and adds nothing that wasn't there.
What doesn't it migrate?
Custom actions and API calls, starter buttons, and the knowledge files themselves. You get a list of each one with what to do about it, and a references/ README naming every file to move.
What's in the download?
A zip with skill/<name>/SKILL.md, skill/<name>/references/README.md and MIGRATION-NOTES.md. Upload the skill folder to your platform's skills page.
Is what I paste kept private?
It goes to an AI model through OpenRouter, routed only to providers that don't store prompts or train on them, and is saved here so you can come back to the result. Take out anything confidential before you paste.
