Draft a supplier comparison from three quotes
Line up three quotes on the same criteria, with gaps and questions to go back to suppliers with.
The task
Quotes arrive in different formats with different inclusions. Upload them and ask for a like-for-like comparison table, highlighting what each one leaves out.

The attached files are quotes from three suppliers for [what you're buying]. Build a comparison table covering: price (as stated), what's included, what's excluded, lead time, payment terms, contract length, and support/warranty.
Use only what each quote says. Where a quote doesn't mention something, write "Not stated". Then list the questions I should ask each supplier to make the comparison fair.
What to check in the output
- Check every price in the table against the quote. Watch for VAT included vs excluded.
- "Not stated" doesn't mean "not included". Ask.
