Repurpose a long article into social posts
Turn one blog post or report into a handful of short posts that each make one point.
The task
Good long-form content gets one social post and is forgotten. Give the assistant the article and ask for several short posts, each built around a different specific point from it, in your brand's voice.
A prompt to start from
Paste it into your AI assistant, then fill in the bits in [square brackets].
Below is an article we've published. Write five LinkedIn posts from it, each built around one specific point, example or finding in the article. Each post: - Under 120 words - Opens with the point, not with "In today's world" - No hashtags, no emoji, no exclamation marks - Ends with a link placeholder [link]
Only use claims that are in the article. Our tone of voice: [describe, or paste two posts you liked].
[paste article]
What to check in the output
- Every claim should be traceable to the article. Delete anything new.
- Check statistics are quoted exactly, with the source the article gives.
- Cut any line you'd be embarrassed to say out loud.
Before you paste anything in
Published content is fine. Don't include unpublished campaign plans or embargoed news.
Your organisation's AI policy wins over anything here.

Write a creative brief from a messy request
Turn an email thread asking for "a campaign" into a one-page brief with the questions it doesn't answer.
Generate headline and subject line variations to test
Ten distinct angles for a headline or email subject line, so your A/B test compares ideas, not synonyms.
Summarise customer interviews into messaging insights
Find the words customers use for their problem, across several interview transcripts.
