Turn resolved tickets into a help article
When the same question keeps coming in, draft a help-centre article from the best answers.
The task
If agents keep answering the same question, it belongs in the help centre. Paste three or four good anonymised replies and ask for an article with clear steps, written for customers rather than agents.
A prompt to start from
Paste it into your AI assistant, then fill in the bits in [square brackets].
Below are several agent replies to the same customer question: [question]. Write a help-centre article: - Title phrased the way a customer would search for it - One-paragraph answer up front - Numbered steps, naming exact buttons and screens as the replies do - "If that didn't work" section with the less common fixes - When to contact support
Use only what's in the replies. Flag any contradictions between them.
[paste replies, with customer details removed]
What to check in the output
- Follow the steps yourself in the product.
- Resolve any contradictions with your product team, don't pick one.
Before you paste anything in
Strip all customer details from the replies first.
Your organisation's AI policy wins over anything here.
